The event featured engaging group games, the presentation of the Top Runners Achievement Awards, a delicious buffet and live music that energized everyone onto the dance floor. It was the perfect mix of fun, relaxation and meaningful connection across departments.

KSE RAK Annual 5K Run 2025 – 3rd Edition: Promoting Health, Fitness, and Friendly Competition
For the third consecutive year, our company proudly participated in the RAK Half Marathon 5K Race. As part of our ongoing commitment to employee health and wellness, the top fastest runners were recognized and awarded with trophies and well-deserved tokens of appreciation from the company.

Recognizing Excellence: Monthly Worker Awards
Started in 2021, Kelly Steel Engineering’s Monthly Worker Awards Program is a meaningful initiative that celebrates exceptional performance and dedication. Each month, at least three outstanding employees are carefully selected to receive certificates of recognition along with a special performance bonus.
The selection process is thoroughly reviewed by management to ensure each recipient truly meets the standards of excellence. This ongoing program reflects our commitment to fostering a culture of appreciation, motivation and continuous improvement.

In February 2023, Kelly Steel Engineering proudly began its participation in the RAK Half Marathon held at Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, with employees joining both the 5K and 21K races as part of the company’s wellness initiative. Kelly Steel Engineering Marks 15 Years at RAKEZ with Award
On November 12, 2022, Kelly Steel Engineering held an opening ceremony for its newly constructed office, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey. In celebration of 15 years of successful operations within the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, the company was honored with a special award presented by a representative of the RAKEZ authorities, recognizing its continued commitment and growth. We were also honored to have the company owner, Mr. John O’Kelly and his family present to receive the award.
The occasion was further enriched by warm and inspiring speeches from Mr. John O’Kelly and General Manager Mr. Gary Mullins, whose leadership has played an important role in shaping the company’s continued success. The company also extends its heartfelt appreciation to all employees for their dedication and hard work throughout the years—particularly those who have demonstrated loyalty and long-term service. Team Building at Expo 2020 Dubai
In support of our commitment to fostering team unity, KSE provided all employees with complimentary access to Expo 2020 Dubai, including round-trip shuttle service. This unique opportunity allowed our staff not only to explore the groundbreaking innovations and global showcases at the Expo, but also to view several remarkable projects in which KSE proudly participated.
