Kelly Steel Engineering Fz LLC has built a highly skilled design and detailing team capable of delivering fast, precise and high-quality project designs and production drawings. We continually expand and adapt our design and detailing resources and technology. Our expertise includes structural design to BS 5950 standards, with CAD and Tekla technicians experienced in producing detailed, high-quality 3D models and drawings for production, ensuring alignment with the highest possible engineering standards and accuracy.
Production
Kelly Steel Engineering Fz LLC’s Production team delivers top-tier capabilities in handling, welding, cutting and rolling, enabling efficient fabrication for complex projects. We specialize in precise 3D structures by bending, cutting and drilling, alongside comprehensive blasting and corrosion protection. We have developed in house techniques that allow us complete the most complex fabricated structures. Our range of Kaltenbach and Peddinghaus machines allow for precise, automated cutting and drilling of structural members and plates. We also have fiber laser cutting as well as plate and section bending machines.
Surface Preparation & Painting
At Kelly Steel, surface preparation and painting play a vital role in protecting and enhancing the durability of steel structures and components. This process begins with either automatic shot blasting using our Gietart Blast Machine or by manual blasting for large intricate items. This removes physical defects, contaminants and corrosion. Once blasted, we apply high-quality coatings as per project specifications.
